Important Notice: Please read this Agreement carefully. It contains important information about your legal rights, mandatory payment obligations, and our refund policies. By accepting these terms, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Company.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides professional job application support and advisory services (the "Services"). By engaging our Company, you agree that the Services provided may include, but are not limited to:
- Career consultation and professional guidance.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) and resume preparation, formatting, and structuring.
- Drafting of cover letters, professional emails, and related correspondence.
- Targeted job searching and direct submission of job applications on your behalf.
- Preparation and coaching for interviews and professional trials.
- Coordination and arrangement of interviews and trials with prospective employers.
- Ongoing application support, follow-ups, and related administrative tasks.
2. Fees and Consideration
All fees charged by the Company are strictly in exchange for the provision of professional services, time, expertise, administrative resources, and support. Payment of fees does not constitute payment for job placement or a guaranteed employment outcome.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties (No Guarantee of Employment)
The Company acts solely as a professional advisory and support service. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the outcome of our Services. Specifically, the Company does not guarantee:
- Securing employment or receiving job offers.
- Securing interviews or professional trials.
- Obtaining employer sponsorship or visa approvals.
- Securing specific salaries, compensation packages, or favorable working hours.
You acknowledge and agree that all hiring, employment, and visa decisions are made entirely at the sole discretion of prospective employers and relevant authorities. The Company shall not be liable for unsuccessful job applications or failure to secure employment.
4. Fees and Payment Plans
By engaging the Company's Services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected payment plan. All fees are stated in GBP (£).

*For Option 3 (Sponsorship / Work Visa Jobs), the Interview/Trial Arrangement Fee is only applicable to prospective employers that already hold a valid Sponsor Licence.
5. Fee Definitions and Payment Terms
- Enrollment Charge: An upfront fee required to commence the Services.
- Interview/Trial Arrangement Fee: This fee becomes payable immediately upon the Company's confirmation of an arranged interview or trial with a prospective employer.
- Monthly Instalments (Application Charge): You commit to a 12-month payment schedule for ongoing application support and administration, totaling the "Total Instalment Amount."
- Subsequent Consultations: Any consultations outside of the initial agreed scope will be billed at the per-minute rate specified in your chosen plan.
6. Estimated Timeframes and Variables
The Company provides an estimated timeframe of 1 to 4 weeks for arranging interviews or trials. However, you acknowledge that all timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The speed and success of arrangements depend heavily on external factors, including your skills, experience, availability, employer requirements, and job market conditions.
7. Purpose and Structure of the Instalment Plan
- Accessibility: To ease the financial burden for our clients (many of whom are students), we offer a 12-month instalment plan. This allows you to pay for our total service charge over time.
- Instalment Agreement vs. Subscription: The 12-month payment structure is strictly a mandatory instalment plan to pay off a total service balance, not a month-to-month subscription.
- Mandatory Payment Obligation: By enrolling, you legally commit to paying the full "Total Instalment Amount" associated with your chosen plan. The 12 monthly payments must be completed in full, regardless of whether you secure employment early or decide to stop actively using the Company's support.
8. Payment Method and Direct Debit Mandate
All clients are required to set up and maintain an active Direct Debit mandate via our designated payment processor, GoCardless. This mandate must remain active for the entire 12-month duration. Unauthorized cancellation of this mandate constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9. Payment Failures and Penalty Charges
- Instalment Payment Failure Charge: A £5 administration fee will be levied for each unsuccessful Direct Debit or scheduled payment attempt (due to insufficient funds, unauthorized cancellation, or customer error).
- Mandate Re-setup Charge: If you cancel your Direct Debit mandate prior to completing your 12-month obligation and subsequently request to re-establish it, a £15 setup fee applies.
10. Suspension of Services and Default
- Suspension: The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate all ongoing Services if an outstanding payment is not received within 30 days of the original due date.
- Debt Recovery: Failure to complete the 12-month instalment plan is a breach of contract. The Company reserves the right to utilize appropriate legal action or third-party debt recovery mechanisms to retrieve outstanding arrears, late fees, and legal expenses.
11. Security Deposit Policy
To ensure mutual commitment and protect the resources managed by the Company, you are required to pay a fully refundable Security Deposit prior to the commencement of Services.
- Deposit Amount: The Security Deposit is exactly equal to the cost of one (1) Interview/Trial Arrangement Fee for your chosen plan.
- Payment Timing: This must be paid upfront, alongside the Enrollment Charge.
- Status of Funds: This deposit remains unused during standard Services and is held strictly to prevent the abuse of the Company's time.
12. Security Deposit Refunds and Forfeiture
- Refund: The full Security Deposit will be refunded to you five (5) days after the formal completion of the application process, or five (5) days after you formally request to stop your application, provided you have notified us in advance prior to any opportunities being secured, and no forfeiture conditions have been met.
- Forfeiture: Your Security Deposit will be automatically forfeited and retained by the Company if you:
- Fail to respond to the Company regarding an interview or trial offer within five (5) days of being notified.
- Fail to formally accept or reject (with a valid, justifiable reason) the interview/trial within the same five (5) day window.
- Cease communication with the Company after an interview or trial has been secured.
- Late Notification: Request to stop or cancel your application only after the Company has already successfully secured and communicated a trial/interview response to you. To prevent our work from being wasted, it is mandatory that you inform us proactively and immediately if you wish to pause or stop your application before opportunities are generated.
13. Trial/Interview Response Policy
- Payment Trigger: The Interview/Trial Arrangement Fee becomes immediately due and payable upon the Company's communication of a confirmed trial or interview opportunity to you.
- Non-Refundability: Interview and trial response fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once details have been shared. No refunds or replacements shall be issued in the event of your absence, cancellation, tardiness, or an unsuccessful outcome.
14. Post-Instalment Completion and Termination
- Right to Cancel: Upon full completion of the mandatory 12-month instalment plan, your initial financial obligation is fulfilled, and you hold the right to cancel your Direct Debit mandate without penalty.
- Returning Clients (Standard Pricing): If you cancel your Direct Debit mandate, you are permanently terminated from our active service. Should you choose to return and reapply in the future, you will be required to enrol as a new customer subject to standard pricing rates. No previous promotional discounts will apply.
15. Promotional Offer Preservation & Upgrades
Promotional Offer Payment Plans are limited to one-time use per customer.
- Offer Preservation: If you wish to lock in your promotional pricing for future use, you may choose to not cancel your Direct Debit mandate and continue your monthly payments uninterrupted.
- Job Upgrades: Clients who actively preserve their promotional status may upgrade their job category in the future (e.g., moving from a Fresher job to a Professional job). By keeping your payment active, you will automatically be granted access to the Promotional Offer pricing of your new, upgraded job category, ensuring you do not have to pay standard rates.
16. Reapplication Process for Active Accounts
If you previously stopped your active application but maintained your active monthly instalment payments (whether during the initial 12 months or after), you retain the right to restart your application at any time with the following conditions:
- No New Instalment Plan: You will not be required to start a new 12-month instalment plan. Your application will simply resume under your ongoing monthly payment setup.
- Reapplication Charges: To restart your application, you simply need to pay a Reapplication Charge (which is strictly equal to the Enrollment Charge of your respective tier) along with a new Security Deposit (which remains fully refundable as per Section 12).
- Interview/Trial Fees: You will continue to be responsible for paying the standard Interview/Trial Arrangement Fee applicable to your tier each time a new opportunity is secured and confirmed.
17. Refund Policy and Statutory Cancellation Rights
- General Refund Policy: With the sole exception of the refundable Security Deposit (Sections 11 & 12), all payments remitted to the Company (including enrollment charges, interview fees, instalments, reapplication charges, and administrative charges) are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers shall be granted unless explicitly mandated by statutory law.
- Cooling-Off Period and Waiver: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have a statutory right to cancel a service contract within 14 days. However, by accepting this Agreement, making payment, and requesting that the Company commence work immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of services. You acknowledge and agree that once the Company has begun performing the requested services, your statutory cancellation rights are lost or reduced to the extent permitted by law. The Company will not commence services until this consent is received.
18. Value Added Tax (VAT)
The Company is not currently registered for VAT; therefore, no VAT is levied on the fees contained herein. Should the Company become VAT registered, VAT will be applied to applicable fees at the prevailing statutory rate.
19. Amendments to Terms and Pricing
The Company reserves the right to modify its fees, pricing structures, and policies at its discretion. Such amendments will apply exclusively to future services, renewals, or new applications, and will not alter payments already executed or active instalment agreements under this current Agreement.
20. Out-of-Scope Services
Additional fees may be incurred for supplementary services not expressly defined in this Agreement (Section 1). Out-of-scope services include, but are not limited to:
- Handover/transfer of application-related email accounts.
- Assistance with onboarding, enrollment, or employer hiring documentation.
- Bespoke administrative support or special application requirements.
